The Thirunakshatra Mahotsavam of Sri Koil Kandha:dai Illayavilli Dhottaya:charyar Swami was celebrated in a grand manner on 02.01.2009(Dhanur Pooratta:dhi day) at Sri Va:nama:malai Mutt in Thiruvallikeni Divyadesam, arranged by Sri KKE Swami Disciples Association. Around 250 sishya:s and Abima:nis have participated in the occasion and got Swami's anugruham. Varthama:na Swami Sri Koil Kandha:dai Ilayavilli Baladhanvi Varada:cha:rya Swami did PanchaSamska:ram to sishya:s.

An upanya:sam on the topic "Vedam Anaithukkum Viththu" was also there did by one of the sishya:s of Swami. Varthama:na Swami presented a small Booklet on Swami Viala:ncholaipillai's Sapthaka:dhai prabhandham with meaning to all attendees arranged by the sabha.
